The High-Quality Radiator made by ProAlloy - Triple Pass
Pro Alloy high performance alloy water radiator. Direct replacement for the standard unit. Although the original OE radiators are fine in terms of performance, they do seem to have a commom problem: the plastic side-caps are weak and seem to give up after a few years of service.
The water remains in the cooler for longer as it has to make three seperate passes of the core face. Hot spots are eliminated as the water is forced to take a specific passage backwards and forwards across the core face.
Specially when installing engine upgrades with higher pressure coolant systems, this problem can pop up very quickly. This radiator has the same dimensions and specification as the OE item, but it has TIG welded aluminium side-caps.
By welding these side-caps on, the radiator is able to withstand a higher pressure and will last longer! Twin row 43mm thick, high efficiency alloy core. Aluminium end tanks,(good for high pressure systems).
Reccomended for large power Toyota engined cars or cars with engine conversions.
